Upon arrival, the hotel was conveniently located near the airport with a 24-hour shuttle service, making it very easy to access. The rooms were decent overall, but I did encounter an issue with a clogged drain in the shower, which was promptly addressed by the helpful front desk staff. Additionally, the dining options left something to be desired, but the friendly service and prime location made up for it.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel overall. The rooms were very comfortable, especially loved the good coffee provided. However, the noise from early-rising guests and lingering smoke smell in the supposedly 'nonsmoking' rooms were minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The staff was courteous and went above and beyond to make sure we had the correct billing. The location was convenient, especially for my wife catching a flight, and the dining, although limited, was satisfactory. The facilities were well-kept, making the overall experience worth it.
